What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns and exchanges, but if there is something wrong with your order, do not hesitate to contact us at shop@vanitees.com. 

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact shop@vanitees.com with photos of the wrong or damaged items, and we will sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed in the product description section on our website.

Though rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that is the case, please let us know by emailing us at shop@vanitees.com within a week of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send you a new one or issue a refund!
